Ultrasound in Emergency Medicine

Course Outline:This workshop targets doctors who are involved inthe management of emergency medical cases with limited ultrasound experience.

Objectives:
*To highlight the importance of basic physics, artifacts and its application in ultrasound.
*Understanding normal sonographic anatomy of the heart and abdomen.
*Diagnosis of gall stones,renal obstruction, basic cardiac pathology, free peritoneal fluid and aortic aneurysm.
