Introduction to Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound

Course Objectives: Upon completion of this program the learner will be able to:

  • Describe the technique and protocols for performing a shoulder, wrist and knee ultrasound exam.
  • Identify sonographic appearance of normal anatomy and commonly seen pathology during musculoskeletal imaging.
  • Explain the use of ultrasound for guided interventions.
