SonoSite invites you to a special state of the art lecture on integrating ultrasound technology into bedside invasive procedures. In this session learn how venous access and other commonly performed blind procedures can be much safe and more successfully using basic sonographic guidance. This program will cover both central and peripheral venous access, relevant patient safety guidelines as well as other invasive procedures such as paracentesis, thoracenteis, pericardiocentesis, joint aspiration and much more. In addition have your questions directly answered by experts in the field. No existing knowledge of ultrasound is expected and implementation strategies will be discussed.

The evening program will include dinner, a brief presentation and an opportunity for hands-on scanning at dedicated ultrasound demonstration stations.
